For the sauce, add reposado tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, diced jalapeno, cumin and more Dad's All Purpose rub. Mix the ingredients together.
Preheat up the grill to 350 degrees and set it up for direct heat.
Place the cast iron skillet on the grates and let it warm up. Next add some olive oil and roast minced garlic for an additional punch of flavor.
Add the seasoned shrimp to the cast iron, pour the tequila lime mixture all our the shrimp. Cook for a total of 4 minutes flipping the shrimp half way though.
