Smoked Jalapeno Poppers
There are a few party foods that you know will disappear soon after they are served. Jalapeno poppers are close to the top of that list.

Strips of bacon

Spinach dip - or your choice of dip

Sweet BBQ rub
Instructions
Slice the jalapeno peppers in half along the elongated side of the vegetable. Make sure to cut off the stem as well.
Remove all the seeds.
Fill each jalapeno half with a spoon full of your dip of choice.
Take1 strip and wrap in around the jalapeno. Wrap is well enough that if covers the filling, but not too tight. The bacon strip shrinks as it cooks.
Heat up the grill to 350 degrees, and set the grill up on indirect heat
Let these smoke for about 20 minutes or until the bacon is nice and crispy.
