Shrimp Wrapped Sausage

These shrimp wrapped sausage bites are the perfect appetizer or tailgating snack. They are full of amazing flavors from the savory sausage, the well seasoned shrimp and spicy dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (12-16) Large shrimp
  • 1 pkg Sausage
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut up the sausage links into small medallions and place in a large mixing bowl along with the raw shrimp.
  • Next, drizzle some olive oil and season with your choice of BBQ seasoning. Cajun seasoning will work as well.
  • Place the sausage medallion in the center of the shrimp and skewer it together with a toothpick. 
  • Heat up the grill to 400 degrees direct heat.
  • Grill the shrimp wrapped sausage skewers 2 minutes per side and they are done.
