As many of us are getting back into a routine, pizza bread is a cheap, fast and delicious weeknight dinner.

Garlic butter: in a mixing bowl, add 1 stick of room temperature butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Using a fork, smash the butter and mix until everything is well blended.
Preheat the pizza oven or regular oven to 450 degrees.
Slice an entire french bread down the middle and spread garlic butter on both halves. Place in the over for the butter to melt and crisp up the bread. This will take 2-3 minutes.
Add pizza sauce, cheese and any other toppings that you would like. For raw meats, make sure to cook separately before placing onto the loafs.
Place the loaded pizza bread back into the oven allowing the cheese to melt over the top. Remove after 3 minutes, slice and enjoy
