Panettone Bread Pudding

Ingredients

1 Panettone Cake

Bread Pudding custard ingredients

8 Eggs
2 1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
1 1/4 cup Sugar

Peanut Butter Whiskey sauce ingredients

1/2 cup Skrewball whiskey
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Melted butter
1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions

Cut up the Panettone cake into 1 inch cubes.
Spread butter around the inside of a 9x13 baking dish and place the cubed up cake inside.

Custard instructions

For the custard, in a mixing bowl, add sugar, milk, heavy cream and eggs. Whisk the ingredients together and pour over the Panettone.

Bake instructions

Set the grill to 350 degrees on indirect heat. Oven temperatures are the same.
Bake for about 1 hour. To ensure a cooked through bread pudding do a toothpick test by inserting into the center and removing clear.

Peanut butter Whiskey Sauce instructions

In a saucepan, add Skreball whiskey, sugar, heavy cream, milk and melted butter. Bring the ingredients to a boil constantly whisking. Then let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
