Start by cutting down the middle of the shell. Separate and remove from the meat only leaving the tail attached.
Season with 2 tsp's of cajun seasoning.
For the butter in a mixing bowl, melt a stick of butter. Add minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped parsley and remaining cajun seasoning.
Preheat the grill to a high 450 degrees and set for direct heat.
Place the seasoned lobster tails on the grates meat down and grill 2 minutes per side.
At the end brush the homemade butter over the grilled lemon garlic lobster tails.
