Both are very similar. A German Schnitzel is traditionally made with veal. Polish version is made with pork.
Flour should be plain in the preparation of a Polish schnitzel – traditionally only the pork is seasoned with salt and pepper. I made a slight tweak to the recipe in my video and used season flour.

Also, the flour was seasoned in the instagram reel. This recipe doesn’t call for seasoning it or the bread crumbs.
