Delicious flavor on the chicken. I didn’t make a sauce, as I had 3 partial bottles of sauce in the fridge. I mixed the 3, and that worked out well.
Cook time was an issue. I kept my grill at 400, using lump charcoal. After 1 hour, internal temp was just at 125/135.
I turned up the heat to 450 and cooked for almost another hour.
I have to work on my technique I guess.
