Coat the raw chicken wing pieces in olive oil and season them with Dad's All Purpose rub.
Heat up the grill to 450 degrees and set it for indirect heat.
Place the seasoned wings on the grill and cook for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Flip the wings half way through to ensure an even cook throughout.
Remove off the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, dehydrated onions, crushed red pepper flakes, freshly squeezed lime juice and lime zest and Dad's All Purpose rub. Mix the ingredients together and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Toss the wings in the homemade honey lime sauce, grate more lime zest over the top and serve.

Notes
Cook chicken wings at a higher temperature to get a crispy skin. I like the range of 350-375 degrees.
Simmer the sauce over low heat and just long enough to melt the butter and mix all the ingredients together.
