Start the prep by trimming off any loose fatty pieces and trimming off any silver skin that may be on the pork.
Drizzle some olive oil over the tenderloin and cover all sides and season generously with Dad's All Purpose rub.
In a saucepan, add chicken stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, Dad's All Purpose rub, red pepper flakes and corn starch to thicken the liquid. Whisk the ingredients together.
Preheat the grill to 375 degrees and set it for dual zone cooking.
Place the seasoned pork tenderloins on the grill first followed by the sauce pan with the sauce. Flip or rotate the pork every 1-2 minutes for an even cook.
Once the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees, move them it to the indirect side and glaze all sides with the honey garlic sauce.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Before serving, slice up the pork tenderloins into smaller individual pieces, pour more of the honey garlic sauce all over the slices.
