In a large bowl, coat raw chicken wing pieces in olive oil and season them with your choice of all purpose BBQ rub. Toss them around to make sure each piece is nicely seasoned.
Heat up the grill to 375 degrees and place the wings on indirect heat. Make sure to flip the wings about half way through to ensure an even cook throughout. Total grill time should be about 45-60 minutes or until wings reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
In a sauce pan add brown sugar, ketchup, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce honey, molasses, apple cider vinegar and BBQ seasoning of choice. Let the ingredients simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Toss the grilled chicken wings in the honey BBQ sauce and serve.
