Apply W sauce as the binder followed by Dad's Steak Seasoning. Mix the steak cubes making sure to cover all pieces with the sauce and seasoning.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Add some olive oil on the flat top and drop the seasoned steak bites on the griddle.
Flip them every minute to ensure an even cook throughout. total cook time should be around 5-7 minutes.
Add some freshly minced garlic and half a stick of butter to the steak. Mix it all in until the butter is completely melted.
Remove off the griddle and top with some freshly chopped parsley.

If you don't like or have Worcestershire sauce, use hot sauce or olive oil as your seasoning binder.An alternative to steak seasoning would be equal parts salt and pepper.Use jar minced garlic if you don't have any fresh cloves around.Make sure to use unsalted butter. Between the seasoning and garlic, the mix of flavors may be overpowering and too salty if salted butter is used. You can always add salt if the dish is too bland for your liking.
