Cut the chicken thighs, bell peppers and onion into 1 inch cubes. Throw the cut up ingredients into a bowl and season with Dad's All Purpose rub.
Skewer the seasoned ingredients.
Set the grill to high direct heat at 450 degrees and place the chicken and peach skewers on the grill.
Flip every minute for a total of 10 minutes or until the meat reaches 175 degrees internal temp.
Before serving, brush the skewers with the bbq sauce and leave them on the grill for another minute allowing the sauce to caramelize over the chicken and veggies.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
