Ingredients
2
lbs
Thinly shaved beef
1
tbsp
Dad's Steak seasoning
1
Yellow onion, diced
1
pkg
Hawaiian original slider buns
6
slices
Provolone cheese
2
tbsp
Mayo
Instructions
Preheat the griddle to a medium-high heat and lube up with your favorite olive oil. Add the diced onions.
On the other side of the griddle, add the shaved beef. Using a spatula, separate the meat so it doesn't stick together.
Generously season the beef with Dad's Steak Seasoning.
After 3-4 minutes, when the onions start to get translucent and soft, mix them with the beef.
Shape the beef and onion mix into a square, the size of the slider buns. Top them with the provolone cheese.
Slice the slider loaf in half and place the top piece on the beef and cheese mix.
Spread the mayo on the bottom half and toast it on the griddle until golden brown.
When the bottom is toasted, remove it from the griddle. Using 2 large spatulas, transfer the slider filling and place it on the toasted bottom half.
Cut into individual pieces, serve and enjoy!
